For many folks on the planet, early education around sex, sexuality and what our body’s desire has been limited. Embarking on adult relationships, people often don’t know how to foster rich, diverse, engaging and dynamic erotic lives unless they encounter partners or communities that do. This can mean sexual experiences sit in shame. It can be consciously or unconsciously embedded in many aspects of our lives. This can lead to unsatisfying, confusing, limited or habit filled sex. It often means folks don’t communicate their needs and sometimes leads to a lack of erotic play altogether!!
